Stuck on a submission, or a release isn't showing up on a store? Write to us with the release title and the email on your account, and we'll check where it is.

To take a delivered release down, write to us with its title. We pass the request to the stores, which usually remove it within a few days.

Credits bought in the iPhone app are charged by Apple. INSIDER is an auto-renewing subscription you can manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.

Purchases made in the app can be refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else about credits, write to us.

You can delete your account from the iPhone app: open Account from the home screen, then Delete account. For data requests, write to privacy@aimusicdistro.com.
